Literally can't play Cup chase

It’s almost like when you complete a moment and press continue/complete to fast forcing you to play the remainder of the game

Personally, I found not button-mashing to skip the intermission helped. Let the ‘Play of the Period’ segment load to show the player, then let the menu screen load until it starts loading a replay. 

Haven’t had any issues since I started following this advice from another user. 

I was at a point a few months back where I thought the game was crashing at some point due to me changing my teams jersey pre game. I've since stopped doing that and I don't remember the last crash I had mid game. However I do still get stuck on a loading screen sometimes when exiting the game upon completion. Thankfully though a crash or getting stuck on a loading screen after you've pressed the "exit game" button at the end of the game only requires a restart of the game and you still keep your victory.

At least the undefeated season pack was switched though probably because of this bug.

Hey there. Interesting. I assume you're talking about doing a manual line change or is it happening after an auto line change as well?

I find it happens if you make a line change either just before the period ends or when you try to change lines before the period begins in the cut scene. Might be a coincidence, though I can't say for sure. I had it happen a few times a while back but 2-3 times recently.

This has been issue since game released. 

Hello. We're not able to remove those losses, unfortunately.  Hopefully, we'll have it addressed in a future patch. I'm very sorry for the frustration. I know it's terrible to experience.

Losses in Cup Chase caused by crashes, bugs, etc. will be deleted at some point anyway.

According to the stats, I have 0 losses, and I've had countless crashes. On top of that, I quit at least 5 games in every CC run.
