Backstrom is in the game. He plays for Brynas in the Swedish league and has a headshot in the game as well. He just doesn't have a HUT card. Are you sure it's an issue with licensing rights even though he is in the game with a headshot? Or is it possible that the licensing rights are fine but there is a different reason why he doesn't have a HUT card?
