My progress in HUT was deleted

My progress in HUT mode NHL 26 was deleted for some unknown reason. Everything was fine; after the game, I exited to the main menu. After a short pause, I tried to re-enter Hut mode, but the game prompted me to create a new team. Has anyone else encountered this? I contacted support and received different responses from different managers, but no one has resolved my issue.
