Never Coming Back

Question

I'm an older gamer of 58. I've been&nbsp; playing EA NHL since the first game on Sega Genesis. I almost didn't buy 26 because of 25. Every year, I religiously bought your game.Well, you succeeded.&nbsp; You broke my spirit. I already paid my $90 USD. So I will play this year out. But I will never again buy your game.&nbsp;I had twenty 82's saved up for Fantasy cards thinking, we will be able to get a free one, and hopefully that could get me another. Seeing how crazy the moments were, I realized,&nbsp; I can't get even the "free" one. There's no way I can complete those crazy, nuts, bonkers last four moments. Even earning the 12 collectibles from objectives, I'd still have come up with another four collectibles.&nbsp; That means another four 82's to get 24 total. Then.... twenty 81 overalls on top of that. And that's for a random, I can't pick, possible crap fantasy card.&nbsp; A player i probably don't want or like. That's bound on top of it all.I'm done. You just killed the game. Born out of your greed. Reap what you sow. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that's the last straw.&nbsp;Buh bye

Feel the same here.This event kill the game for me !I hesitate to get the 26 because of the structure of how to do stuff to get stuff in the game since a couple of years.I was hopeful that they learn and come up with something new.Not to mention the lie about ranked.Cleary the dev. team dont play the game.140$ here in Canada...Sad, but you learn from your mistake I guess !

Very well stated OP, I too am an older gamer (53) and have been playing this game since the NHLPA 93 days.&nbsp; I have played every yearly iteration of this game and this was my last straw.&nbsp; The blatant greed is just too much for me anymore.&nbsp; Packs are overpriced and have no decent fodder.&nbsp; EA got my pre-order money this year but I'm never buying the game again.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I completely agree with this. Well stated. The game has also broken my spirit. Ive lost all trust in EA. Will never be purchasing another pack again with real money. The offical boycott starts now. Such a shame they fumbled bag this early after launch. Wasted $150 total on fantasy packs thinking maybe it was just my bad luck and continuing to buy. Received (1) 84 and (2) 83 base cards…&nbsp;

That’s so funny to me, I don’t play much HUT and the Be a pro is so broken it’s absolutely unplayable, it’s so funny hearing that EA can’t get a single thing right in their game… and yeah they’re all greedy little money hungry goblins at EA they don’t care about us whatsoever and then probably sit and laugh because we all buy the game every year😂 I won’t be buying the next one unless SOMETHING gets addressed or they get a new CEO or something. I’ve been playing since NHL10 and this game has completely turned me off from NHL video games. Which really actually sucks to be honest.&nbsp;

Same here wanted to keep loving hut thought fantasy could light that spark wasted over 100 that i had loaded just waiting for event got an 83 high. Thought i just had really bad luck so mathematically id have to do better if i tried again.&nbsp; Dare i say second time was worse.&nbsp; Probabilities not accurate.&nbsp; Come to find out it is a known issue.&nbsp; If not compesated for packs im using the last of my ps store cards to buy a new game and prob done with hut maybe ea as a whole
