How can they release multiple 99ovrs without giving players the chance to make them, and there aren't even any Game Breakers packs in the store?

I'll ask again, a 99x exchange set would be nice ... I want to exchange Ltd Coffey for Hutson so I can benefit from the +3ovr boost for 96 Reinbacher 

HUT Game Breakers objectives ask for 50 goals with GB player, this one is usually 20 goals.

It has been changed to 15 goals.

Too late, I did the 50 in 3 games.

Some people are saying on reddit that they already had more than 15 goals before the Game Breakers objective was changed from 50 goals to 15 goals and they are now unable to claim the reward even though they have completed the objective. Can you look into this?
