Yes, but they are the same overall and the cost of building them is the same, so they should give the same boost. It would be a different thing if the new Captains were higher overall than the ones from the start of the season. I don't believe anyone is complaining about the new Captains giving a $100m boost, but I agree with CSquared5396 that the $50m boost on the 97 Captains from the start of the season should be changed to $100m to be in line with the new 97 Captains. And the $20m boost on the 94 Captains should also be doubled to $40m.
Why aren't 99X combos stackable?

deleted, since Coffey is now in the Atlantic Division and no longer in the Central Division
One set of combos is for Coffey (99X13) the other is for Bourque (99X02)
