NHL Alumni 99 overall special card request

I am inquiring about possibly receiving a special card of my uncle who was just added to HUT this year for the first time as an alumni. His name is Mike Keane. I have been in contact with game changers I am friends with but they have had a hard time getting in contact with any community manager. Is there anyone that can help me with this? I’d like to be able to use him throughout the year but he is only a 79 overall card which is not easy to use. I can show whatever proof necessary as being a direct blood relative. Please let me know, thanks!
