I just bought Nhl26 and trying to create my hut team. The issue is that when i am trying to pick my Captain in the captains pack, it says error and throws me back to the beginning to the start screen where is all gamemodes (WoC, etc.)

I keep getting error code ”failed to retrieve data” after pickin my captain in hut. If this keeps happening tomorrow still im 100% gonna refund ts.
