Opening packs in HUT is still horrendously laggy

It's been literally years and years. So many have complained but you still have the WORST UI in any sports game. Instead of having to RELOAD the packs after opening. If you have MULTIPLE PACKS - have a second option of SEND TO COLLECTION - OPEN NEXT PACK. How hard is that to implement?

This is probably about the 7th straight year I've complained. But there's either no response or "we'll look into it"
I even purposely avoided playing hut because of how much of a waste of time it is opening packs, sifting through the menus, trying to set up lines for ap, salary, etc.
It is horrendous.
