Season 5 XP Tokens Disappeared / Missing

I downgraded one Season 5 XP player. Tokens sent to inbox. Added tokens to my collection. After about 12 hours (even after restarting) still missing tokens. Not in my collection and not attached to the previous player. The player is also not in my lineup anymore.

Please help. I can't upgrade my other player now.
