Seriously… fix your game

Ok... I've been very patient with this game; however, my patience has limits. I am trying to be nice and giving constructive comments, because to be fair, there are a lot of reasons I can get mad with this game. 

The following video is simply the tip of the iceberg. As you can see, I was trying to change my lines, when suddenly, my players started to skate super slow, and there was nothing I could do. I tried pressing LS... nothing! Then, I get a penalty for "delay of game"...  Like... why????

Plus... I was playing an opponent with 82 OFF and 81 DEF... I have players such as Makar (you can see in the video), McDavid, Celebrini, and others, with a lot of speed, but for some reasons, there is no advantage having speed because the opponent, no matter which players he or she has, can match mine. And can hit me... really hard... while I can't deliver one "clean" hit without putting myself out of position.

I've been buying this game since 05... and seriously, I do not understand why I still have this kind of issue. And do not get me started with the poke checks haha!
