Stolen emerald collectible

I’ve played every game of wildcard since the beginning of this event that I do not like at all. And I’ve pack 2 collectible also in packs.  I’ve not used a single collectible on sets so far and when I checked the number I only have seven.. I got my collectible stolen. I’m supposed to have way more! Super frustrating! I don’t know why this happened to me and I need answers I don’t like to play this and on top of it I get my collectibles stolen unbelievable..
