Team of the Year - Pastrnak

Hi,
I would like to ask if TOTY Pastrnak exist in tradeable form. I know he was buildable for 2 days, but I would like to know if there is chance he would ever pop-up in AH or he was only obtainable from sets as UT.
I started playing after he was released so I didn't get a chance to aquire him. Since I started I saved every coin to buy him from AH but I have never seen him there. 
So does this card exist as TRADEABLE?
