Unable to complete sets

​I am extremely frustrated with the state of the game. I cannot complete the 82 OVR Marquee Set and other sets because of a game-breaking bug.

The issue is that the set won't accept players:

Autofill fails completely.

​Manual collection search is erratic: it shows 9 players, I try to add them, nothing happens, and then my next search only shows 3 or 6 players. 

The assets are clearly there but are being incorrectly filtered/locked by the system.

For the premium price paid, the game is full of basic bugs. I sincerely hope your new management makes fixing these core issues a top priority. This is seriously impacting the ability to play and progress.

    It’s funny they have a bot that just responds to these issues and nobody even tries to follow up. This problem has been happening since game release and EA has shown 0 effort to fix it. They don’t care at all. They spend more time releasing cards weekly then spending Couple days fixing issues that you can literally search on googles ai. If they even touched their own product they would have been discovered the issue if they havnt. This is just terrible business all around. Everybody in this company should feel ashamed for scamming other public like this.

    This might sound silly but I had this issue before. Did you quit the game in the console dashboard and restart the game?

    Yes, of course I tried to restart. A month later and I am still running I to the same issue along with new ones popping up all the time. I can only imagine what issues the new season will bring with it

    Hey there. Sorry for missing your responses previously. Are you always getting the error sending item to set message? Is it possible to get a video of an existing set this is happening with? Also, have you confirmed those items aren't in your lineup or in another set?
