When is this mode going to go back to the roots that made it strong?
EA you are losing your base by having moments be unplayable to the vast majority of people. These people don't want to spend money on a game that constantly gives them moments that are unplayable. They don't want to sit here having to hit retry 10+ times. I am not saying you need to make these moments easy for a 86 overall, but you're baiting people into spending money to get the card out of the store and that is just downright ridiculous. It shouldn't take hours to complete moments for a player like myself, who was D2 + and 10+ wins in hut champs easily.
The sliders for AI are awful, got near 80 overall players dominating you, key players not being on the ice for PP/PK/OT and having to retry the moment after all the hard work being one goal/assist/point off. The chores have to end if you are just straight up making your base suffer.
I would spend more money on HUT when i was in high school making $12/hour than i do now, way more financially well off than i was 10+ years ago. What has changed? The game is simply not worth the time, effort, or money put into it. Buy packs today? Build players in these events? They become useless in a short amount of time.
Unfortunately your priorities have become sucking people dry of their time, money, and patience. Which is a pretty sick joke. I quit in December last year, and I already feel it'll be the same this year unless things change, which they won't. Go back to making it where someone can play one game mode and get all rewards. None of this needing to play 5 different game modes.
