Why do players not show up in My collections under Events?

We can still see all cards that have been released for a specific event, so it's not completely pointless even though we can't see which of those cards we own.

But yes, it should show the correct number of cards and the cards should show up as being owned like they do in the team collections. It's clearly intended to be like that, but for some reason it isn't working. I talked about this with EA_Aljo​ at some point, and I don't remember exactly what he said, but it was something like that the team is aware of the issue but he doesn't know if it's going to be fixed or not. That was in NHL 25, and it wasn't fixed for NHL 26.

Hi there. This is an issue we're aware of. As vsfn220​ mentioned, you can still see those items when searching for them. They just don't populate on this screen. Hopefully, that will be addressed at some point.

Same problem with my game as well. Mine was also prevalent not only in NHL26, but I haven't been able to get any help with it since I first posted about it 4 months ago when I was affected by the SAME THING in NHL25. Although in the last game it did not have every event displaying a lot of 0 of # as it listed a handful of cards properly but NHL26 is just 0s for each event.
