XP Collectables - Legendary S4 XP Pack

Hi folks. It's me the HUT noob again. Is the Legendary S4 XP Pack worth it to spend 60 S4 XP Collectibles for it? Thanks for your support. Any tips what to do best with S4 XP Collectibles appreciated...

    The Legendary Set has never been worth the 60 collectibles it costs.

    I think most people go for the 89+ Set
