entering an EASHL game, the game sometimes kicks players out

If you edit your build the game will break.

Hey there. As mentioned by CMBDeadly​, there have been times when editing a loadout from the dressing room caused a crash when loading into a game. Try switching tabs to the loadout screen instead. If this isn't what is happening, can you let me know if you're making any changes at all after entering the dressing room? If you have any video, that would help as well. Thanks!

Game crashed once yesterday and once today but my teammates were able to continue. Something went wrong. Using Lemieux build and have not changed it at all

Have also had multiple freezes in game for 5+ minutes each time. 

now I just got kicked loading into game and my teammates are mid game frozen ‘syncing’. Seems like this game was not ready to be released. 

Did you browse to any other screens after entering the dressing room? If someone crashes during the loading, it can cause the syncing your teammates are experiencing. Normally, it will sync up, but I have seen it take a couple of minutes. I haven't had it with 27 yet, but it did happen now and then in 26.

I can’t say for sure. But I certainly didn’t. And unsure about our opposing players too. 

Try this going forward. If you need to make a loadout/customization change, use the bumpers to change to that tab before readying up. Make your changes, go back to the dressing room, ready up and start the search.

What region are you all in? Are you in the same general area or are you spread out over multiple regions? Are any of you on a wireless or weaker connection?
