10 Hour Trial Issues

So I've got the 10 hour trial , I pre ordered the 27 Standard issue. Playing today I've had my game frozen mid game, game configuration issues, dashboarded a few times and ive already lost alot of my trial time. Id like time added back to my trial due to alot of downtime or waive the trial time or something.
