Gaming post of the year. I agree to every word. Plus it seems EA fully lied about the loyalty tokens being loyal and just shot them with an shotgun to people. Some loyalty indeed. I am 4 hours in my trial and already in "meh" state.
Franchise Mode has it's idiotic things still plus (i think) couple of new ones.
- Coach salaries can still be over exceeded by an mile.
- Trades still can be fooled with 5-7 picks
- RFA players act/speak like UFA players (seeking an different club)
- There still are zero good goalie coaches on the market
- Coaches still are fully random on their comments to join / not join the team and it is like an random robot answering to my offers
One of my RFA's wanted 4mil at start of the contract negotiations, wanted 3.5 at 1.7. and 1.6 million at the start of practice games, but never agreed to any contract offering, because of the very low knowledge of the team. Even when he played an year in it... zero knowledge? What?
This all with 2.5hrs test time of Franchise Mode.
