Copyright strikes for using "Thematic" soundtrack which should be copyright free

As the title says, in NHL 27 there is new music when you select the "NHL 27 thematic soundtrack" instead of the standart soundtrack with licenced songs. The thematic soundtrack is supposed to be copyright free generic music to avoid copyright issues on youtube or twitch etc.
I tested uploading 20 minutes long video and every single menu song that played got copyrighted immediately on youtube.

    So after investigating it looks like the claimant "Ninja Tune Productions" are not even some typical fake copyright claim company, but legitimate studio that supposedly make the "copyright-free" soundtrack for NHL 27, so why is this not sorted with them? Why put "copyright-free" soundtrack option in the game for content creators, which you cannot use because of copyright claims?
    Please EA respond and sort it out somehow.
