There is loads of wonder now online for the amounts of loyalty tokens. I got 8 with 856 hours of NHL 26, 2500 players and 571 games on HUT, while another person got 10 tokens with 65 hours and a third one 20 tokens with 650 hours in.
Can you EA_Aljo give some explanation/word to this? This seems really odd and i feel not really loyal appreciated for us the playerbase.
I played a lot of Franchise Mode too for that hour count, but not Chel/EASHL at all.
I have 1144h, much games hut very much franchise mode too and i got only 10.
My friends who received 20 loyalty tokens, all spent money in hut last year. I didn’t. I was completely free to play except for the 4600 pre order bonus. Maybe engagement factor is based on how much money you spent on the game ? Especiallly if you cant give us further details on how engagement is being calculated. Thats what im starting to think. I dont see any other reason why I did not received 20 tokens and I dont understand all the secrecy surroundng it. This is very frustating for a lot of us
I will never use real money in virtual sporst things, nor buy the expensive version. But the money thing would be most EA thing ever.

I’m writing to bring up an issue concerning the NHL 27 HUT Loyalty Token distribution. Many dedicated players feel that the allocation system lacks transparency and has yielded inconsistent results across the player base.It is confusing to see active players who spent hundreds of hours in NHL 26 receive significantly fewer tokens than some players with far less game time.
Could we get clarification on the following points?
What specific metrics were used to calculate the loyalty token eligibility?
Is there a known bug or calculation error affecting accounts that were active throughout NHL 26?
Providing clearer criteria would help set accurate expectations for future titles and rebuild trust within the HUT community.

I received 20 tokens myself. My activity included:
I'm thinking that simply playing for many hours was not enough on its own to get 20 tokens.
