Help on managing arena maintenance

Hi! 

I'm in my second season in franchise mode. I started the year with a lot of maintenance to do in my arena since I ran out of budget pretty quickly last season. At the eve of this new one, I repaired my seats in my arena and all my budget was gone in one set of repairs, leaving my club seats and bathroom at around 30 of maintenance each. How can I manage this? There's not one game played and I can't fix my arena for the rest of the season. It's not even that I don't have money, it's just that I've reach the limit. I did not have this problem in my last franchise in NHL 24. 

Is that because I have a smaller team? I don't even know how I'll be able to afford a good coach either, the budget is so small on every aspect. How can I fix this?
