How to get Elite X factor in WoC ????
What is this the only way to get Elite X Factor is to pay real Money. Am i missing something is that a joke or what ????????

Are builds going to show up?, I am seeing some players with agent blue line, wheels, etc but I don't appear to see any fron last year on my account
The builds unlocked thru the Season Passes do not carry over from year to year. So the McDavid/Fedorov/etc are gone.
