Hut objective rewards

Does HUT not give their objective reward coins to anyone else? When I click on the completed objective to collect for example 1000 coins it shows I’ve collected it but my balance stays the same. This is frustrating cause I’ve had some bigger value ones just disappear. Greasy move by ea
