HUT Starter pack issues
Playing on ps5, bought the $6.99 cdn starter pack, it charged my purchase method and did not go to my inbox or unopened packs in hut been like this for over an hour now.

you people are the reason why this game has continued to be a horrendous mess. Stop buying this crap and force EA to either put this deteriorating franchise out of its misery or actually improve the game meaningfully.
still not showing today even after multiple restarts today too and says its been purchased on ps store and i never got it ingame

easier for them to say “everything is working fine” instead of admitting they made a mistake. What do you expect if the community manager doesn’t even know about the pack and questions the person if the name was right LOL
I did that like 4x because when you buy now auction items they get stuck so you have too anyway, so not entirely sure why it's not shown up
