BUMP - this is insane to me all of the players left out or without the proper face or SKIN TONE in game..
Also yes, connected franchise right now is essentially just 'Play Online' with a group. The fact that they used 90% of there engineer resources the past year for that is super disappointing. Looks like I am waiting until NHL28.
If the dev team is really this insanely small, this should not longer be on an annual release cycle. Either that, or not $70 for an update.

I cant really defend the dev team anymore, im an huge offline guy, and for a product worth 80-100$ realism shall be there, especially with their new presentation system where it highlights the whole player after an play, really bad job when Quentin Musty pulls up and is black, even though he has a facescan, but they dont put it in, and i dont know why anymore, cant wrap my head around it, the only reason have to be that they see how much people want player likeness and think it is the only way to get them back and buy the new game. Its a bad job. 100+ players are documented for beinf scanned and not in the game. IN 2026 IT SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM getting guys in, and actually looking like them, but for this dev team, it is..
Was pumped when i saw the connected franchise being brought back, but after playing it in the playtest i was really disappointed, it was unplayable in my opinion. Hope to see an update and stuff added during the season, if we have to wait for the next game it is inexcusable.

BigTimeTimJim If they have not listened to us this year it will be unacceptable and an failure. We have been making the work for them easy and have been pushing for this since 26 dropped, they have had time. I might actually lose it if i see only Mckenna & Stenberg get their face and no one else ( Good if those guys gets it, we remember the Celebrini incident, no face or headshot the whole year😡😡😡😡) . We have to see, if i dont see an significant increase in rookies and U20-22 players im giving up on this franchise and this dev team. Its unacceptable that we have to BEG multiple times per year in 2026 to get realism in an product for 80-100$.

Labben67 I purchased the early access so I will be checking as soon as the game drops on Friday to see who was added and will do a post with all scans added/fixed!
