Playtest keeps crashing

HiEA_Aljo Connected franchise dont work, ive joined an league and when i try to enter the menus shows up blank, and then it crashes….. Got any tips?

EA_Aljo I was just able to join an game, i got an invite from the league, played the game, got back to the menu, blank and then crash, what shall i do?
