If you still can't load into the playtest, don't restart the game; it'll do literally nothing. Instead, be reassured that you have indeed been correct all along regarding your skepticism toward our competency handling this franchise. We acknowledge our run with the NHL video game property has far exceeded its shelf life, however, we love how much we financially drain you all with HUT packs. Please continue to spend 100+ dollars annually for roster updates and nothing-burgers that could have realistically been a software update pro-bono. All should be working exactly as intended now: broken and driving up your cortisol. We look forward to never releasing this on PC out of fear of the modding community absolutely bodying us at providing this franchise the tender-love-and-care we've failed to provide it for well over a decade.

It's been 7 hours now... The silence is deafening...
Yea I also still cannot connect
Having network error still. Not sure else we can fix this problem after restarting consoles, the game, and reinstalling. It shouldn't be this hard to set up servers when you're expecting thousands to try to get on. Why is it that some can get past the start menu but others can't. Please for the future fix your process to opening a beta for the public to use, a billion dollar company should have no issue running a small community beta like this.

Network connection issue here aswell... Also, your playtest feedback area says access denied... So you guys need to check your databases and permissions for both...

EA_Aljo you got an update for everyone? Should we just try again tomorrow at this point? Not sure why only a select few are successfully playing the playtest and the rest of us have to sit here spamming the x button hoping for a new result. An update is due. You and your teams last messages of "should be good now" over 3 hours ago sure isn't the right message. It's not good. It's far from good. A lot of us are crashing out.
