In-match disconnection

I can't finish a placement match in HUT. I went from Elite 1 to Diamond 4 after six consecutive disconnects... Where can I open a ticket or even appeal these losses—matches I was actually winning?

I pay for the Ultimate Edition and have so many problems...

Hi there. We're not currently aware of any issues that would be causing disconnects. Can you try the suggestions in this article for connection troubleshooting? Thanks!
