NHL 27 crashes every time I open HUT

Question

the last things I did while the game was working:

created a new lineup based on starting lineup and named it 'objectives'
renamed my main lineup ('stsrting lineup') to 'competitive'

one or both of these actions seems to have entirely broken HUT. I can still get into World Of Chel. I get the 'something went wrong with this game or app' and it crashes out of the game completely to my PS5 home screen any time I try to open HUT - see attached screenshot & video. I'm on a PS5 Pro, game is installed on main SSD with plenty of storage available.

Please advise

deleted the game from storage, reinstalled, and it's working again

I am currently experiencing this same issue. Created a line lineup for cards i don't want to accidentally trade in, and changed the name of my lineup, and now i cannot load into hut. I have deleted all saved data and reinstalled the game, and my brother can still load into hut but i can not. I think i need the lineups to get reset to default as it is causing some issue with the game, but i can't even load in. I just hear coins then get a black screen and it crashes.
