NHL 27 Game Crashes "Be a Pro Career"

tried to have xbox capture this 2 minute video of the first period in the first game after the juniors championship win and trying for next level of tournament - just dies after 2 minute - the website will not allow me to share the MP4 file here.

Same thing happened to me. I just had to sim throughout the whole playoffs for the memorial cup. Went into my first nhl preseason game played 3 minutes and went to the bench and thats when i crash. But if i score before i go to the bench and stay on the ice longer i dont get kicked. So i think theres something wrong with the bench cause you also cant sim ahead to your next shift.

Hi there. You should be able to hit the Guide button and then X to capture the last 30 seconds of play. Can you try that next time there's a crash?

The crashing happens while I am in a game, just past the World Juniors Games, while I am trying to win the Coulter Cup, I can't get through a single period, game just freezes and crashes in period one.  I skipped the first game, thinking it was something with the first game, some glitch, but no, same thing happened. I can't video a game crashing, it just freezes and crashes. I don't see error message to share or anything like that. It crashes and sends me back to the main Xbox Series X main desktop. I have reset so many things, so many others have reported this, why is this not patched before it is sent out to the masses, literally a game breaking bug for Be A Star mode at least.

Hello. Thanks for the report. When is the crash happening? Also, are you getting an error message or do you just go back to the XBOX dashboard? If you have a video, that would also help. Just put it up somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link.
