Rank up rewards

I ranked up to diamond before the new season started and when my game ended it showed me the packs I’d earned from ranking up. But I never got the packs and when I reset my game the new season had started and I still have no packs

Hi there. Make sure you completely exit out of NHL 27, restart it and load back in to HUT to see if the rewards are there. If they aren't, send me a private message with your XBOX gamertag/PSN ID so we can investigate it.
