Game Crashing When Keyboard pops up

My game keeps crashing every time the keyboard pops up on screen and I have tried uninstalling the game, restarting the game and my xbox series x, resetting my xbox, and clearing the cache. I talked to multiple people through the ea chat and they couldn’t do anything and said to come here.
