Hello, @Mikes1771.

We don't have the ability to change items from tradeable to untradeable. Not without trading them in for a set. If you want this investigated, contact @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

      @Mikes1771

      Can you PM me your Twitter handle? I'll contact someone on the EA Help team and look into this. However, it's not a bug. Cards are not changing from tradeable to untradeable.
