Are NHL 17 EASHL Club games playable or broken? (XBOX ONE)

Over several attempts in the past few months, some friends and I have been unable to play in club games together. No matter who plays or what clubs we use, only one player can select a position from the Dressing Room at a time. It will have the A prompt on screen as if it's giving you the option, but nothing happens when you press A if somebody has already chosen a position (any position we try). If the person who already chose a position leaves, the second player can then freely choose any position. There is no way we can get more than one person in a lobby to play club games.


Is there a fix? Can anyone else confirm this?

    Hi there, @kabobles.

    This isn't an issue we're aware of. If it is a problem with the game, unfortunately, it's probably not going to be fixed as focus is on NHL 20 and the future of the series. The best I can suggest is that you all check your IPv. Everyone should be using IPv4. You can see this in the Network Settings screen of your Xbox.

    Just for future reference; they are buggy. If more any one person can't choose a position, they will all have to leave the dressing room and try again. It might work on the 1st or 10th try.

    Thanks for the update on this. So far I'm not hearing about this from anyone else, but the population of NHL 17 is really low so that might be why. In case you're interested, NHL 19 is available in the vault for EA Access subscribers. Hopefully, we'll have some news on this for NHL 20 soon.

     Any chance you guys could create an easy limited time set?  Just curious as this is the last achievement I need in the game.  Not sure how much work that takes and I know the focus is on NHL 20, but would be super helpful to some achievement completionists like me.  Thanks!
