Awful syncing issues PS4

couldnt even get into drop ins last night. first game made it to OT then de-synced. then we tried 3 or 4 times to find a new game and caught a variety of errors and freezing problems. 

Just happened this morning about half way through 2nd period. . I (goalie) and our center were in one game while the rest of the team were playing in a "different" game. It tried synching for a minute once someone in their version of the game threw the puck over the boards but then the game kicked everyone out.

Very, very, annoying. 

Skipping the cut scene whenever a penalty occurs in NHL22 before the player goes into the penalty box and then goes back to gameplay will result in the “syncing” that ruins games and causes the game to glitch.
Can’t be 100% sure if this is true, but thought it was worth it letting everyone know.

We've raised this up to the team and they're aware of this happening on a variety of modes and game generations. We have a main thread on it here.

From what we've been able to gather, it looks like it's happening most of the time when a penalty occurs. 

Some players have found a workaround where if you don't skip the cut-scene from the play, it might not trigger the synching error.

We apologize this is happening to you at launch. This is a task the team is confident they'll be able to address as soon as possible. Thank you for hanging in there for us. 

if they could fix the CR/RP/Disconnect glitch while theyre in there, that'd be great

EA this game plays great, and looks great...when it actually works.   Unfortunately, the game constantly de-syncs in the second period.   We've tried 19 games, and been able to finish 6, it's like the team suddenly plays two different games, with half suddenly being about 4 game minutes behind.   Eventually it disconnects.   This is NOT an internet connection issue but rather 100% an EA server side problem .   It's such a disappointment because when it works, it plays AMAZING.   I also know they fixed the exact issue with HUT in less than a day...why can't you do this with EASHL?   Also...please please PLEASE give us a way to shut Carrlyn Bathe up...

Hey @EA_Blueberry , that's an awesome tip on that one.   I'd like to report and update that this workaround only works about 30% of the time, unfortunately.

We’re working towards a temporary fix for players on current-gen consoles experiencing desyncs during WOC & HUT games that we hope to release early next week.

This includes disabling augmented reality faceoff effects that are causing issues.

World of Chel is virtually unplayable tonight. Just got cussed out for being a troll because I kept getting sync screen while game continued. Then in two straight games various players on our team were playing different games. I’ve never seen another video game that is routinely unplayable due to tech issues. It’s embarrassing and I infuriating. .
