I've won the Lady Byng the last two seasons. I can literally see that I won it in the Individual Awards screen, but it does not register in my Milestones screen and I can't progress in the Lady Byng or Bust storyline. Should have unlocked Bounce Back two seasons ago, instead it looks like I never will.

Thanks for letting us know. Just to be clear, you're playing NHL 22, correct? It's not unusual to have someone post in the 22 forums when they're actually playing 23.

Thanks for the quick reply, but please understand: this doesn't solve my problem. A problem that has apparently been carried over between iterations of a game. I'm now definitely NOT going to play NHL 23, knowing that this bug exists there too. And I have less reason to play further iterations of the franchise. This seems like an easy fix: just triggering a dialogue or simply recognizing an achievement is as easy as alerting a program to look for a yes/no value and it has not been done in two years.

Edit: I checked on this and the team would still like to address it. I just can't confirm anything for future titles, but if you want to ask about it down the road, tag me and I'll look in to it.

Down the road, I'll know if this issue gets fixed if my game starts working as intended. If it never does, I'll assume that EA is just comfortable with broken NHL games and avoid them.

We absolutely are not comfortable with bugs. The unfortunate reality is that we have to prioritize which get fixed first. The ones making a bigger impact on the playerbase are going to be a higher priority. Bugs are normally far from an easy fix and we have a finite amount of time so there are only so many that are going to get addressed in a given year. This one has been around for 2 games now though. The team knows this and would very much like to see it fixed. I just can't guarantee that's going to happen with the next game. If this means you need to hold off and wait to see if it's been fixed, that's totally understandable.
