Be A GM - Poise

Hello EA,

First of all I'd like to say, this is the first year in a while I can honestly say I feel quite satisfied with your game - NHL 14. It is highly playable, it feels realistic and most importantly, I haven't noticed a lot of bugs. So hats off for that!

However, I did notice one thing that makes no sense in Be A GM-mode pertaining to player growth, and that is kind of ruining my experience a bit. For some reason it seems that as players develop, the attribute poise remains unchanged... Now poise has always been a big factor in the players' overall rating, and if a player like, just for instance, Jonathan Drouin, a superstar in the making who has 65 in poise, can never develop that skill, even making it into the NHL is a farfetched possibility for him - especially in a CPU team, since they select players for their A-team mainly based on their overall rating. He cannot possibly reach his full potential, since regardless of how good he becomes, his overall rating will always remain bad, since the important "poise" rating will stay the same year after year.

Is there any way you can fix this problem? I was having so much fun until I realized this!
