Be A Pro Visual Settings

Roughly a week ago I was trying to make changes to the visual settings on my Be A Pro to improve the playability of the game for myself. I was in game and was changing the offline camera mode which I had originally set to Dynamic Low. I was making changes and all of a sudden the game no longer shows my view from the bench/penalty box. This makes it extremely difficult to know when i'm coming on the ice during a line change or out of the box. I've tried to reset my settings to default in the main menu, setting them back to what they were in my be a pro, as well as creating a different be a pro with the default settings and nothing has worked to regain this capability. I did take screen captures of my settings and will post them asap.
