Wondering why I can't buy and download NHL 20 on my PS4? It says I need ea play, I have an EA account already. Do I really need to do the $4.99/$29.99 subscription just to buy and download the game?

Doesn’t let me buy on the ps store ur says I need ps plus which I already have and then it says I need ea play. On the app it doesn’t even show up. And on the website it doesn’t give me an option to buy only to add to wishlist. Pls help

Community ManagerI'm seeing this also. I'm trying to find out what's going on. When I have some news, I'll update here. Is NHL 21 an option for you or would you rather stick with NHL 20? You can also try contacting Sony since the issue is with their store. They may be able to help.
21 isn’t an option bec I mainly just want to get it to play with a friend not online. But I will contact Sony also. Ty and pls lmk if there’s any updates.
