Camera stuck in the crowd, Be a Pro

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in Be a Pro, when your coach speaks to you when you are sitting on the bench.
What happens when the bug occurs? The camera goes from the coach speaking to my player to the crowd and stays there. The game doesn't crash, but I can't play anymore. The camera is stuck there and the only thing I can do is quit and the rest of the game gets simulated. It already happen 2 out of 3 times when the coach speaks to me while I'm on the bench.
What do you expect to see? Just being able to play and finish the game would be nice.

In Be a Pro on Xbox One, when the coach tries to speak to my player sitting on the bench, the camera go from the bench to the crowd and stays there.  Then I can't play the rest of the game, I just can quit and the rest of the game is simulated.  It happened to me 2 out of 3 times the coach spoke to me while I'm on the bench.

I also notice that when the cpu team score only 1 goal and it's scored while I simulate the game until my next shift, the commentator speaks of the game like it's a shutout.

    So I see is happening across all platforms. I guess we have to hope it doesn't happen in NHL23? Don't see any answers to why or a fix

    @jonnymags7328 Yeah it’s crazy… an entire release year and this bug wasn’t fixed… I just think that’s crazy how a bug that’s been identified since launch wasn’t fixed… makes you wonder for next year… every NHL release has bugs that don’t get fixed… how many more will pile up for NHL 23? Why do patches wait until the next game, and we have to pay another $80 for basically a patched game that we should’ve got the year before?

    This just started happening to me. Every single game. After a couple of shifts, coach starts walking over, I immediately think "Great, here we go again," camera shifts to the crowd, and that's the end of that. I'm in the middle of just my 2nd season, and it's been rendered completely unplayable. What changed between yesterday and today? Seriously. It's ridiculous, especially as the coach objectives and conversations are utterly asinine and unnecessary to begin with.

    It’s actually happens not only at the bench, but in other situations as well. The difference is that the game cuts to a next screen after a while and you can keep going, but when it happens during a conversation with a coach - it’s stuck because you cannot make a selection.
