Please delete the game and reinstall. Make sure you do not load into the game before it 100% completes installing. Wait until the game is fully installed before playing. Thanks!

Did you also download the update? Make absolutely sure that you do not load into the game before it finishes installing. This is also including the update that was released. So, download and install both the game and update. Wait for both to finish and then try playing again. Thanks!

unless this update you speak of is 3 times bigger than the game it should have downloaded over 3 hours when the game alone took less than 1

I just deleated and re installed the game so made sure It was completely done then tried and still doesn't work snd when I check it says the game is at it's latest version

Yep and I even this morning at 7am was a text chat with ea help and they said it would be fixed shortly and it is currently 9pm and I can’t play

@tyluisawesome Another Rotten game by EA sports this year. Same issue here, uninstalled and reload the game three times, still unable to play. At least we have unlimited Internet because I am up to 100 Gb of download in two days for that * product. Thank you EA

Didn’t load into the game until it was finished downloading the first time. Didn’t load into the game until it was finished downloading after I deleted and did it again. There are still bugs in world of chel and HUT

Hello, everyone. We're still working to get this resolved, but we are seeing some saying it started working this morning. If you're still having trouble, please try the following:

Delete anything NHL 21 related off your console.

Go to your consoles online store through a web browser and initiate the download.

Make sure the game and the update are both 100% installed. Do not enter the game while they are still installing.

Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not.
