Can’t Connect to World of Chel Game

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have hard reset my console, restarted my modem, uninstalled and reinstalled NHL 22, and the issue persists. I have gotten into 2 games out of about 10 attempts the last two nights.
What happens when the bug occurs? I remain in the dressing room while the rest of my club advances to the club matchup 6v6 screen. I get an error that says “your club has advanced without you”
What do you expect to see? I expect to be in the 6v6 lobby.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:00 PM
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Bicktacular

I am having a major issue with not being able to get into a 6s club game in World of Chel. I get into the dressing room, I see the search and my club, the game connects and I don’t get into the 6v6 lobby and instead get a message saying my team advanced without me. I haven’t seen this all year until the last two nights. I’ve tried a console hard reset, internet reset, uninstalled the game, but nothing worked. I’ve gotten in 2 games total in about 10 attempts the last two nights.

    Thanks for contacting us about this. Have you tried clearing the alternate MAC address? If not, here are those steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Let me know if that helps or not.

    @EA_Aljo Through a couple nights of playing it seems like this fix worked, I have had any connection issues since. Thank you for the help.
