Can there be an instigator penalty for fighting after a legal hit?

I'm sick of playing great defense and making a nice check only to have to sit in the box for 5 minutes because the other team gets the fight prompt and uses it. I didn't buy this game to play legit h...

You can also go into settings and lower your normal fighting rate so you will rarely if ever get fights! I dont like the fighting system this year you need to be able to do more then just punch and dodge! I hope this helps dont forget to give some xp!!
