Can there be an instigator penalty for fighting after a legal hit?

I'm sick of playing great defense and making a nice check only to have to sit in the box for 5 minutes because the other team gets the fight prompt and uses it. I didn't buy this game to play legit h...

Ive been saying this from day 1. 

I like fighting but there are way too many and they never all instigator penalties and many times I get ejected for a totally clean hit.

They have yet to fix this. 

I often (3 or more times a game) have to fight after my teammates or my own big hit, then half the time he gets ejected for a totally clean hit.
