Cant find any opponents

Since the server maintence I cant find any opponents in online mode, hut or in chel. Is the a fix for this?  I already tried clearing cache in alternative mac, power cycle, rebooting network, port ...

@EA_Aljo I have already tried that. None of the troubleshooting did help. Its something that have to do with my account and The update servers. But they are not able to look into it. So it sucks just waiting for a fix

Do you have any of our other multiplayer games? If so, can you find opponents in them?

    I really don't know what could be causing this then. I'm very sorry, but I just don't have any other suggestions other than to try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter to see if they might have anything else to suggest.
