Can't receive NHL points after purchase
Recently tried to buy 500 points and I didn't get them. Contacted EA support, after a few screenshots got them into my account.
Bought 100 more just to test it out and didn't receive them. EA support says this is because of region lock. (Yes, my account is from US whereas I am from Latvia, which you can't select as a region for your profile.) and that I need to contact PSN. Tried to get in touch with PSN but their live chat is NA only and nobody seems to have the same problem.
Wanted to know if there is a fix for this?
(P.S. I can't buy points in-game due to error which I presume is due to this same region lock so I bought the points from the PS store.)
