Community ManagerAs a test, can you try using the Skill Stick controls and see if that works? Also, what about enabling the on-ice trainer? Can you try that and let me know what it says when you lose a faceoff? If you have any video of it happening, that would help as well.
Skill stick was always on if i put the trainer on it says too early as if im jumping the drop but again my stick is perfectly left. When i play offline it happens less. When im playing hut rivals it happens more than 95 percent of the time. This has been for months im not speaking just a couple trys

If it always says you're too early, that would be the case. Are you pressing to the left, seeing your stick move and holding left, but it returns to the center as if you're not holding the stick to the left? If you could get video of this, it would really help.
I cant really do video right now but im holding left all the eay left exacttly left. Not a little up not a little down syraight left. When i do it he does an animation as if you did jump too early only hell doit it 2 or 3 times of i continue to hold before puck is dropped. It is almost as if i was holding the analog stick down and jumping the drop but i am not im golding it perfectly left with 3 different controllers dual shock 4...
I am not even getting chance to take draw and puul the analog stick down because he does the animation as soon as i push analog left. But only left right is fine with left or right handers
