EA DONT RESPOND,BAD SUPPORT

100% packet loss on us servers.When I tryed contact EA they dont respond.This game is unplayablle in online mode.Last game I played and my opponent just made 3 passes straight on goalie and score without problem(dont need shot)Im 3 times cant score to empty net and 3 time I hit crossboard.This game is unrealistic and no logic.If EA dont wanna help me I will looking for full refund...http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NHL17-Unplayable-V-Finns-from-the-UK/m-p/5640837#U5640837

    Hey man. I understand this game can be frustrating. There is some annoying bugs in the game. But I my opinion it's the most realistic hockey game they made yet. But don't go and say they don't support. These guys work there tails off and try there hardest to get to everyone. So I would keep trying to get there attention. So have a good day/night. Thanks!

    Those last three hops after Prolexic are on our network and are configured to not return the packets you pinged to them, this does not indicate a problem as the are configured in this way on purpose.

    What I tryed said  that offline HUT is perfect,small bugs but it is accepted.I played allstar difficulty and I always win.I know how to play this game.But if I tryed online then game is unplayable.My player is like chicken on ice ,no logic,got delay maybe 1 sec,no reaction,when I press button hustle no reaction players no skating fast,when I tryed switch to another player then is not possible.Spended 5 sec waiting when I get right player and this is bad,because this game requirie fast reaction.So if not possible play and I must cancel this gameply in 1st period.After I received msg that Im f..i.. or hahaha you i..So this game made me angry man and isnt funny.This problem start in november 2015 on nhl 16 .So I waited 12 month for fixing and still is same issue.So it is frustrated.Like eyebrowz84 wrote ; EA know about this issue but are either not skilled enough or have no desire to fix it. Utterly, utterly pathetic. I shouldn't have to guess from the username if it's a Finn then try searching for a game over and over until I'm lucky enough to get a Czech or Dane for example. The game is great when it's smooth, but despite great network stats it's NEVER smooth against Finland. Every single one of my friends in the UK reports the same issue. I challenge ANY representative from EA to try and justify producing the exact same fault as last year or tell me I'm wrong. Fix it or start refunding those who pump money into this game.So question is ...if ea knows about this problem why sell this game in UK?Just looking for profit?

    If I good anderstand 100% packet loss make game better?So question is why is in hopes 1-9 zero packet loss?Maybe is this problem?I think that I must get 100% packet loss for no lag or delay.Propably my provider offer bad connection.

    Packet loss can either be on purpose and causes no problem, as in this case; or due to an issue at some point on the path between your console and us and that would be a problem.

    And when you will fix this problem? Because I waiting already 12 month and I have still same issue like others players from uk.

    Still no reply from ea?I dont understanding.Do you wanna help me or not?Because this game is 1000% unplayable in online hut mode from uk.It is very frustrating.Just let me know if you wanna help me.If not please provide me how to get money back for not worked game.thanks
